Johnson County Imaging continually strives to provide our patients with convenient, high-quality healthcare. One of the ways in which we do this is by offering our patients online services through our secure website. Patients have access to our Patient Web Portal to manage their Electronic Health Record (EHR). In order to protect the privacy of our patients, identity verification is required before patients can access the online patient services.
Moreover, Johnson County Imaging makes it easier for patients to take a more active, informed role in managing their own healthcare needs, thereby empowering them to better understand their medical conditions, treatments and preventive regimens.
The Patient Web Portal allows patients to view and obtain their Radiology imaging reports within 2 days of procedural completion. If you have any general questions about the patient portal or a problem with your log in, please contact a JCI staff member at 913.469.8998.
Patient Portal Procedure
Following your appointment date a secure email will be sent to the email address you provided to our staff at check in. The email will provide instructions on how to set up your secure account. Your report will be available via the secure account 2 days post-exam. You can also access the portal at https://patientportal.jocoimaging.com/. Enter your user name and password that you set up initially. NOTE: YOU MUST SET UP YOUR SECURE ACCOUNT PRIOR TO HAVING ACCESS TO YOUR REPORT.
